Every year in July, I get the pleasure to dine at The Delegate in Washington, DC Let me tell you they never disappoint, this year the Floor Manager Asa went above and beyond to keep my visit pleasant and my appetite fulfilled. The entire staff was professional and quaint for an entire week… so big shoutout from the Kitchen to the Rooftop! 10 Stars A must do in DC.
We were in DC for an event and wanted a drink and a quick snack and we found the Delegate on Google. Anna took care of us and she was so great. Very attentive, kind, and really a joy to talk to and get to know. We will absolutely visit the Delegate again next time we're here, and we hope to see Anna again!
Staying at the courtyard Marriott where the restaurant is located. I think the atmosphere and service are top notch. Had the Mushroom penne pasta with shrimp in a to go box, to eat in my room. The taste was amazing. Too many small tomatoes though, which i didn't enjoy that much.
After finding out that the hotel’s restaurant served Milk & Honey during breakfast and brunch hours, I already knew where I was dining that morning. I’ve never had a bad experience at any M&H location! The food was delicious, fresh, and flavorful, per usual. With the exception of the young server getting a bit distracted occasionally, our service was not bad either. The Crab Cake Benedict and the Cinnamon Roll w/ fresh berries were a perfect pairing!
Just wanted to get this off my chest. I had a great experience here last night. I was only in DC for the night before my flight and I was looking for a spot to chill. I gotta say I really enjoyed this place, really aesthetic environment made even better by friendly staff. My server was Julia and her quality of service is rare, she really went out of her way to make me feel comfy and welcomed. Food was also pretty good! I will be back.
I really enjoyed my meal at the Delegate. They currently serve Milk and Honey dishes. I got the shrimp and grits as well as the killer wings. Both dishes were very tasty, especially the shrimp and grits. They also have fresh lemonade which tastes great! It didn't take long for me to receive my food and Ishmael, my waiter, and Ariel, the manager were both very attentive. Plus the restaurant seemed clean with a nice ambiance. I will definitely be back.
Just recently came for the first time and absolutely LOVED everything here. The service from our server Julia was incredible! She was super attentive to detail and knowledgeable about the menu. Our favorite thing we tried was the cajun pasta! Will definitely come back and hope Julia is our server again!
